From the Founder
I am Natasha Kempski and after 10 years of working bedside care in hospitals and alongside top medical directors such as Harvard-affiliated physicians including renowned professors, I decided to build my own business around passion - A passion for connecting and helping people.
Private Care Concept was founded to enable her to offer only the best of all that she had learned and experienced, creating an organization that provided seniors with a broad array of services to help them remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.For me, it is about learning who my clients are and translating that knowledge into our personalized client service approach. Together with my team, we provide the individualized attention, understanding, and care required to meet your desired unique needs and outcomes for your loved one. Whether it's arranging a volunteer to help with arts and crafts or setting up the family with a physical therapist so that their loved one can resume rehabilitations services at home.
When it comes to experience, I have been an expert in helping families navigate the aging process in regard to coordinating home care, managing home care, crisis calls, placement options, medical, legal, financial, real estate and end of life care issues (Advanced Directives/POLST). My mission is to preserve independence, dignity and quality of life for people as they age and enable family members to feel confident that their loved ones are living safe, secure and fulfilling lives. I am driven by an earnest passion for my clients and their families, the desire to provide practical answers and options during times of uncertainty and to reduce worry, stress and time off from work for family members who may be juggling multiple responsibilities.
I have seen our industry grow exponentially and in my professional and personal opinion, there is certainly room for improvement. More so than ever, our clients are recognizing the true value and benefits of an at home care team for loved ones. And that is what we deliver! I can say with all of my heart, success comes from working with a team of hardworking professionals, each with unwavering dedication, and a passion for delivering excellence in personalized home care service.
