We are not your typical agency firm so our fee structure is based on a couple factors.  For Our Families that are based in Los Angeles our Placement Fee is 35% of the employee’s monthly compensation. In addition to local searches, we can also customize nationwide searches for families located outside of the greater Los Angeles area. Nationwide searches incur a Placement Fee of 40% of the employee’s monthly compensation. Additional fees may apply for short term or temporary  positions. A $595 engagement fee is required to begin a search for in home private care.
