There is so much that Private Care Concept offers for you and your loved ones. Not only was there weight lifted off of my shoulders but the worry I had for my parents was brought to ease. My parents wish was to stay home as they age. Private Care Concept allowed me to carry on my full time schedule as a mom, wife, and CEO all while knowing my parents are comfortably and safely aging in place. What I absolutely and genuinely loved about Natasha from the very beginning is that she is always ten steps ahead of me, allowing us to take a proactive, rather than a reactive, approach. My mom knows and likes Natasha, and Natasha tends to stop by the house about twice a month to see how things are going. Natasha's upheld knowledge about home health and caring knows no borders. Natasha consulted with me when I was looking for caregivers for my father in Los Angeles, California. She met with us, interviewed the caregivers, assessed their qualifications and fit with my mother, and then advised me on what type of care would be best for him. She also helped create a care plan for him and guided the caregivers on their schedules and explained the care plan so they would feel comfortable with knowing exactly what their job would be while working with my father. I had a limited time in Los Angeles to figure out care and Natasha came to my rescue and looked after things quickly.

Natasha was a true light for my father. He loved his own space and did not like to be bothered. Natasha placed caregivers who were self aware and could read the room. Even though he liked to be alone he was not physically able to be left alone. So the caregivers would be at an arms reach but encouraged his independence. Having the peace of mind to go to work and not worry throughout the day is PRICELESS. Our caregiver, Jane has been working with my mother for a couple of years. Despite having Jane for many years, I still wanted on-going care management services for my mom. Private Care Concept helped with managing my mothers care and ultimately placing additional caregivers for my mother in order to accommodate vacation time and sick time for Jane, Instead of Jane calling me to tell me she feels unwell or would like to take a day off, she would call the care coordinator at Private Care Concept.
